Can you believe it’s almost August already? I can’t. This year feels like it’s going by faster than 2020 even. I did a fun thing this month while setting up my August Angie Way, I did a live stream on Instagram and answered questions and talked about the process while I did it. It was really fun. I saved it on my page, you can click here if you want to watch it! The people watching even voted to help me choose the order of my reads! If you’re new to this blog or my Instagram page and you’re wondering what is The Angie Way, click here to learn more.
Here’s my planned TBR:
- Project Hail Mary by Andy Weir
- The Empire of Gold (Daevabad book 3) by SA Chakraborty
- A Secret History of Witches by Louisa Morgan
- The Nine Lives of Rose Napolitano by Donna Freitas
- Behold the Dreamers by Imbolo Mbue
- When Breath Becomes Air by Paul Kalanithi
I have so many extra books I want to get to. I have 3 books coming from Simon and Schuster that are all YA and sound amazing. Penguin sent me a book called Ghosts, Olive by Emma Gannon is another child free by choice book I’d like to read. St. Martins sent me Haven Point which is an intriguing historical fiction. And I’d love to finish the Throne of Glass Series! Oh and the newest Bromance Book Club book of course! So I have a lot of books I want to read, I have a few cottage weekends planned and I’m hoping for lot’s of reading time to get through all these fun books!
What books are you hoping to read in August? I’ve got a few hefty ones so we shall see how I do!
